RETREAT DATES- Saturday, September 18th through Saturday, September 25th, 2027.

TOTAL COST- Prices vary based on room type between $5250 -$7250 per person. Please email lois@sondayoga.life for room availability.

DEPOSIT-$1000 per person secures your spot. In the case that you need to cancel, we will do our best to fill your spot but there is no guarantee.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE- $2000 by November 1st, 2026, $1500 by January 15th, 2027, Balance due by June 1st 2027.

What’s Included

  • 7 Nights of accommodations at Ciasa Salares, an elegant, family-run alpine hotel nestled among the magnificent peaks of the Dolomites near San Cassiano.

  • Round Trip transportation from Venice Marco Polo Airport, (VCE).

  • English speaking guide during all of our tours.

  • Three private hikes led by experienced local guides. Each hike will reveal a different side of the Dolomites.

  • We’ll visit the historic, family-owned Alois Lageder winery for a guided tasting of its celebrated biodynamic wines, followed by a fresh, seasonal farm-to-table lunch.

  • Three beautiful multi-course lunches at the areas best rifugios during our hikes.

  • One multi-course dinner at the hotel’s renowned wine cellar.

  • One multi-course dinner at the hotel’s main dining room.

  • One dinner in town.

  • Daily breakfast.

  • Daily morning, and evening yoga classes (when not on excursions) at our own local private yoga studio.

  • Airfare/Transport to Venice Marco Polo Airport, (VCE).

  • Any hotel stays on the front and back end of the retreat

No Smoking and No Drug Policy

Our wellness retreats are intended to help optimize our participants’ health. As such, we foster a smoke and drug-free environment throughout the retreat experience. This policy covers all rooms, common areas, and grounds of the resort property and includes any off-site group activities, side trips, excursions, and tours. Smoking (inhaling, exhaling, burning, vaping, or carrying any lighted cigarette, cigar, cartridge, pipe, or any other device containing tobacco, oil/liquid, leaf, weed, plant, or other products) is strictly prohibited. Our drug-free policy bans the recreational use of illegal drugs at all times.

Current Entry Requirements for U.S. Travelers into Italy

  • No visa required for stays up to 90 days within a 180-day period

  • You need a valid U.S. passport

  • Your passport should be valid for at least 3 months beyond your departure date, though many travel experts recommend 6 months validity to avoid issues
