Important Dates

RETREAT DATES- Wednesday afternoon, October 14th to Tuesday morning, October 20th.

TOTAL COST- Prices vary between $4000-$4500 depending on room choice. We have just a couple of rooms left. Please email lois@sondayoga.life for room availability.

DEPOSIT-$650 per person secures your spot. In the case that you need to cancel, we will do our best to fill your spot but there is no guarantee.

PAYMENTS- At this time, full payment is due at time of booking with Sonda Yoga.

What’s Included

  • 6 Nights of accommodations at Casa Fuzetta Villa in Olhão, Portugal. This villa is stunning with a second floor pool and dedicated yoga studio.

  • Round Trip transportation to Olhão from Faro International Airport (FAO).

  • Private air-conditioned transportation during all of our tours.

  • English speaking guide during all of our tours.

  • Private Group Boat Cruise through Ria Formosa- a system of barrier islands and wetlands around Olhão.

  • Private guided hike on the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail.

  • Private guided kayak tour of the Benagil Caves.

  • Daily breakfast, dinner and light snacks prepared by our own private chef.

  • Daily morning, and evening yoga classes (when not on excursions)

No Smoking and No Drug Policy

Our wellness retreats are intended to help optimize our participants’ health. As such, we foster a smoke and drug-free environment throughout the retreat experience. This policy covers all rooms, common areas, and grounds of the resort property and includes any off-site group activities, side trips, excursions, and tours. Smoking (inhaling, exhaling, burning, vaping, or carrying any lighted cigarette, cigar, cartridge, pipe, or any other device containing tobacco, oil/liquid, leaf, weed, plant, or other products) is strictly prohibited. Our drug-free policy bans the recreational use of illegal drugs at all times.

Current Entry Requirements for U.S. Travelers into Portugal

  • No visa required for stays up to 90 days within a 180-day period

  • You need a valid U.S. passport

  • Your passport should be valid for at least 3 months beyond your departure date, though many travel experts recommend 6 months validity to avoid issues
