Additional Information

• US Citizens traveling to Switzerland will need a current passport. Check the expiration date to make sure that it does not expire within 6 months of your trip. Visas are not required

• Stay abreast of any travel advisories through the US State Department Website.

• From the United States, you will fly to Zurich, Switzerland, airport code ZRH. Plan on arriving in the morning of September 7th, as close to 10AM as possible. We will all be traveling via private transportation to our hotel in Laax. Plan on departing Zurich on September 15h anytime after 11AM.

No Smoking and No Drug Policy

Our wellness retreats are intended to help optimize our participants’ health. As such, we foster a smoke and drug-free environment throughout the retreat experience. This policy covers all rooms, common areas, and grounds of the resort property and includes any off-site group activities, side trips, excursions, and tours. Smoking (inhaling, exhaling, burning, vaping, or carrying any lighted cigarette, cigar, cartridge, pipe, or any other device containing tobacco, oil/liquid, leaf, weed, plant, or other products) is strictly prohibited. Our drug-free policy bans the recreational use of illegal drugs at all times.

 What’s Included

• 8 Nights, 4 nights at the Signia Hotel Laax, and 4 nights at the Lugano Dante Hotel

• Private coach transfers on arrival to/departure from Zurich International Airport

• Daily breakfast buffet

• Daily dinner at local restaurants, (minus one night, replaced by a special lunch)

• Graubunden Passes included for 2 days of free travel when in Laax to explore
