Join us for a transformative yoga retreat in the sun-kissed town of Olhão, nestled along Portugal’s Algarve coast. Each day begins and ends with yoga in the gorgeous spaces of our own private villa, followed by nourishing meals crafted with fresh, local ingredients. Our retreat is designed not only to deepen your practice but to reconnect you with the rhythms of nature, culture, and community.

Between sessions, we’ll explore the wonders of the region—cruising through the serene Ria Formosa lagoon on a private boat tour, where we’ll drift past barrier islands and observe native birdlife. We’ll hike the breathtaking Seven Hanging Valleys Trail, tracing sea cliffs and hidden coves, and kayak through the world-famous Benagil Caves, entering stunning cathedral-like grottos only accessible from the water. Back in town, you’ll wander the vibrant Olhão market, brimming with local produce, seafood, and artisan goods. Evenings are filled with connection, reflection, and delicious food shared under the stars. This is more than a retreat—it’s a soul-nourishing adventure for the body, mind, and spirit.
